Terms of Use

By downloading or using Stamp ("the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Stamp is a personal routine and habit tracker. It is for personal, informational use and is not medical, health, or professional advice.

Free week and free routine

Every feature is unlocked for 7 days starting the first time you finish a routine. This free week happens inside the app and does not start a subscription or charge you. After it ends, one routine of your choice stays fully usable for free.

Stamp Pro

Stamp Pro unlocks unlimited routines, guided runs, and your full history. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase with no renewals. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Your data

Your routines stay on your device, and you are responsible for your own device backups and backup files. Deleting the app deletes its data. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and liability

Stamp is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
